Confirmation Once enrolled you will be contacted only if your class does not start. If a receipt is required send a stamped addressed envelope or tick "yes" on the enrolment form for the question : Do you need the receipt by email?

Refunds Full refund if class does not start. Half refund if you withdraw no less than 5 working days before class starts. No refund if you withdraw once class has started.
Transfers It is possible to transfer between classes. A fee of $10 is payable per transfer.
Materials Charge Some classes may incur material costs. Advertised fee is for tuition only unless otherwise stated.
Policies Our Community Learning Centres Advisory Committee together with our Boards of Trustees set all policies and assist in our community development programmes. Copies of all policies are available from the school office. We acknowledge some Adult Education funding is provided through the Tertiary Education Commission.
Community Groups We support many community groups with teaching hours. Phone us if you would like information.
Certificate of Attendance These are available if students attend more than 80% of a course and must be applied for before your last lesson.
Training Incentive Allowance Work & Income NZ offer assistance to those undertaking employment-related courses. Contact your local Work & Income NZ office.
Telephone A public telephone is available. Please ask at the office.
Public Holidays There are no classes on public holidays. Classes cancelled because of public holidays will be rescheduled by agreement with participants.
Smoking Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the school grounds.
Non-permanent Residents Non-permanent residents are charged an additional 100% of the course fee.
Cancellation of Class Those already enrolled on such a course will be advised by telephone and a refund posted out.
How to find your classroom An assistant will be directing course members to their rooms during the first week.
