This is a general course in Biology which is designed to follow on from NCEA Level 1 Science. It involves the study of plants and animals at both a cellular and a whole organism level, relationships of organisms with their environment, resource management and applied biology. |

Students wishing to do this course should have gained at least 12 credits in Level 1 Science including the 5 credits from Science Achievement Standard 90188.
