Shibashi Tai-Chi
Shibashi (meaning 18 Steps/Movements) is one of the most approachable tai-chi sets. Simple and natural, shibashi brings more immediate confidence and benefits than do most other forms of tai-chi. The benefits vary person to person, but the core group includes release of tensions and feeling better, more balanced energy, improved flexibility and breathing, growing calmness. A pleasant and uplifting leisure activity, shibashi tai-chi comes in two sets. These are informative, enjoyable and useful workshops suitable for both beginners and the experienced. Fee includes reminders.
