Visitors Enrich Life at OHS

Visitors Enrich Life at OHS

Welcome to the seventy international students who are currently at OHS.

A rousing pōwhiri to welcome our visitors to OHS was performed by our te reo Māori ākonga.

Fifty students from: Japan; China; Hong Kong; Germany and Taiwan are in our classes, which are proving to be quite different from what they are used to. The students are here for differing lengths of time, from 1 or 2 months, to several terms. They are enjoying meeting each other, their host families and taking part in classes.

A further twenty students are here on a study tour, to improve their English and learn about Kiwi Culture with their OHS buddies.

We hope you enjoy your stay!
