Congratulations to our head girl Magdalene Ieremia-Apelu.

Magdalene has been selected to join 66 students from across New Zealand for the Entrepreneurs in Action (EIA) event. She will travel to Wellington for this exciting opportunity. 

EIA is a fast-paced experience where the most engaged YES students come together to compete in two back-to-back business challenges over 48 hours. This is happening in Wellington in June and all expenses are covered by YES.Throughout the three days, students are split into teams and mentored by a host company to compete in the two business challenges. 

This is a great experience for our enterprising Magdalene to connect with some of our country’s most innovative business organisations. EIA requires the teams to work efficiently, think creatively, and act entrepreneurial. This event will be during the July break from 4th to 7th July. We wish Magdalene an enterprising and fun time.
