The Year 10 camp is for many students the highlight of their year and for some it is the highlight of their entire journey through OHS.

 For those students who are anxious about the prospect of camp, but who show courage and loyalty by attending and tackling new challenges, the rewards are significant. Students will gain confidence and their self-esteem will grow. They are in a caring and supportive environment, where having fun is assured. Most important is the whanaungatanga, which develops in the groups. The new friendships and relationships that develop through this shared experience will be treasured long after Lifestyle Week and camp ends.
