Last Friday night, two talented bands from Onehunga High School lit up the stage at Smokefree Rockquest, performing live at Auckland Girls' Grammar School in front of an enthusiastic crowd

Our school was proudly represented by The Gremlins and Overtaken, featuring musicians from Years 10 and 11. Both bands showcased original music, impressive stage presence, and the kind of energy that makes live performance so exciting.

Rockquest is a major opportunity for young musicians across Aotearoa to share their creativity and gain experience in a professional performance setting. The Gremlins and Overtaken stepped up with courage and passion — and we couldn't be prouder of their efforts.
