After all their planning, composting, planting, and care, the OHS Envioclub has delivered their first harvest of greens and herbs to the Food and Hospitality Department. Their vision of creating a ‘garden to plate’ journey, with the Food and Hospitality department incorporating organically grown produce into their cooking, is beginning to be realised.
