This week’s Shooting Star is Daniel Grange, Year 11 — a student who consistently strives for excellence in all areas of school life. Whether in the classroom, representing Onehunga High School in debating and orienteering, or playing in the First XV rugby team, Daniel gives 100% and leads by example. He has also played the violin since Year 9, showing commitment and passion for the arts alongside his academic and sporting achievements. Daniel is always the first to ask how he can help, showing a genuine willingness to support others and contribute wherever he can. He lives out our WAKA values every day and is a remarkable role model to his peers.
