Onehunga High School offers a range of extension opportunities for students passionate about mathematics.

This year, 12 senior students will take part in the New Zealand Mathematics Teachers Association’s national 90-minute competition, held on Thursday, 31st July (Term 3, Week 3). Open to individuals or small teams, the competition challenges students to test their problem-solving abilities against others from across the country. In preparation, our students are dedicating time during the holidays to review past papers and sharpen their skills.
