Maths Students Up For the Challenge.

Maths Students Up For the Challenge.

Onehunga High School offers a range of extension opportunities for students passionate about mathematics.

This year, 12 senior students will take part in the New Zealand Mathematics Teachers Association’s national 90-minute competition, held on Thursday, 31st July (Term 3, Week 3). Open to individuals or small teams, the competition challenges students to test their problem-solving abilities against others from across the country. In preparation, our students are dedicating time during the holidays to review past papers and sharpen their skills. Thank you to Mr Loveridge for organising this exciting opportunity for academic growth and mathematical excellence.
