Yesterday, the school hosted its annual Careers Expo, Market Day, and subject selection event , and it was a resounding success.
Large numbers of students took the opportunity to speak with representatives from universities, polytechnics, and private training providers, who offered valuable insights into a wide range of career options and study pathways. Where appropriate, students then discussed suitable subject choices for next year with their teachers.
It was inspiring to see the enthusiasm and commitment of our students as they took meaningful steps toward their future goals.
Thank you and congratulations to everyone who contributed to the success of the event, especially the visiting providers, Mrs. Kristin Shaw, Mrs. Stefanie Heinzel, Mr. Andrew Miller, and the prefects who ran the barbecue.
The Careers Expo was a key part of our subject selection process, giving students the opportunity to make informed choices about their learning and future pathways. We look forward to seeing the impact of these conversations in the course selections made in the coming weeks.
