Congratulations to Lile-Rose, who has been offered an apprenticeship with Cassidy Construction.

Year 13 Prefect Lile-Rose Sinisa has truly found her passion in the construction industry. As part of her studies in the Construction School, she has been completing work experience with Cassidy Construction, where she quickly made an outstanding impression. The team at Cassidy has been amazed by her strong work ethic, positive and bubbly personality, and her can-do attitude. Despite challenging economic times, the company was so impressed that they decided they couldn’t let Lile-Rose go. She has been offered a casual contract beginning in January, followed by a full apprenticeship starting in March.

The future looks bright for Lile-Rose, who has big plans for her future. She wants one day to have her own construction company, and with her dedication, enthusiasm, and drive, we do not doubt that she will realise her dreams.
