Ernie Meyer is a living legend! It was our honor to celebrate his 90th birthday and acknowledge him for all that he does for OHS and the local community.

 For 14 years, he has been the Project Manager overseeing the construction of the houses by the students at the Building and Construction School.

He has inspired our students, he has tutored them, upskilled them and changed the trajectory of many young lives.

He does all this and more as a volunteer. On Tuesday, the OHS Board and staff were proud to celebrate his special birthday and acknowledge all that he and his family have done for our school over many years.

Ernie, you are an inspiration to us all. We are in awe of your energy, enthusiasm and positivity.
