We are pleased to announce that Tere Te Tini from 11CG has been selected for the New Zealand Under 16 Secondary Schools Football Squad.

He will travel to Malaysia as part of the national team from 4 to 16 July 2026. Tere’s selection follows a year of strong performances. In Term 4 of 2025 he earned a place in the North Island Schools team. During the January term break he played in the North versus South Schools match, where his consistent and confident performance secured his position in the final New Zealand squad.

This national selection is an impressive achievement and reflects Tere’s dedication and steady development as a player. The Malaysia tour will offer valuable international experience and the chance to compete at a high level.
