Last Friday, students from our Level 2 Physical Education, Physical Training and Sport classes took part in an energising Cardio Summit session.
Held at Body Fit Training (BFT) in One Tree Hill, the group strength and conditioning training programmes are for all fitness levels.
Students were challenged with a high‑intensity workout featuring 12 different exercises, completing 30‑second intervals in the first round, and stepping it up to 40‑second intervals in the second.
BFT coaches Daniel and Emma guided and motivated our students throughout the session, pushing them to give their best while ensuring they trained safely and effectively.
Both classes thoroughly enjoyed the experience and left with valuable insights they can now apply to their training programme, assessment, and coaching unit standard.
