This week marked a significant milestone for our school community with the successful launch of the Junior Leadership Programme.

As the first initiative of its kind at OHS, this programme represents our commitment to fostering the next generation of changemakers.

The programme is designed to bridge the gap between junior enthusiasm and senior responsibility. By starting in Year 10, we are giving our younger students the tools they need to lead with confidence long before they reach their final years.

The 15 motivated Year 10 students will engage in a dynamic blend of collaborative discussions and "feet-on-the-ground" practical activities.

We are proud to have this group mentored by our Prefect Executive Team and Deputy Principal, Ms. Karen Bellis. "True leadership is not about being in charge. It's about taking care of those in your charge."

We look forward to watching these 15 students grow and seeing the positive ripple effect they will undoubtedly have on our school culture.
