OHS Level 2 students proudly hosted its annual High Tea, showcasing the skills and knowledge developed throughout Term 1. The event is the first major assessment for the year
Level 2 Catering curated a delicious menu, featuring chicken club sandwiches with homemade relish and freshly made sausage rolls. Followed by decadent chocolate cupcakes and classic scones with Chantilly cream and homemade berry jam.
Front-of-house duties were handled by the Level 2 Food and Hospitality class. These students served teaching and leadership staff with professionalism, putting their communication and service knowledge into practice.
This collaboration was a delicious success! The high standard of both the food and the service earned glowing feedback from guests, reflecting the students' hard work and dedication. We are proud of their performance and look forward to more successful events throughout the year.
