We are thrilled to announce that our 1st XI Cricket Team has been crowned the Senior B Division Champions!

Finishing the season with a perfect, unbeaten record, the boys capped off their dominant run with a thrilling victory over Kelston Boys’ High School in the Grand Final.

After Kelston elected to bat, our bowling unit put on a clinical display of accuracy and pressure. Rafe Dorday led the charge with a fiery opening spell, taking 3 for 13. Aidan Grant was equally impactful, also claiming 3 wickets to help skittle Kelston for 113.

The run chase proved to be a test of nerves as Kelston fought back hard. However, Harrison Avis turned the tide with a masterclass in power hitting, smashing 44 runs off just 19 balls. His aggressive performance guided the team home in the 16th over with two wickets to spare!

A massive thank you to Coach Denzil Grant and Manager Daniel King for their dedicated leadership and mentorship throughout the season. As Coach Denzil noted, this trophy is a testament to the collective effort of every single player on the roster.
