It was awesome to have our 2025 top student, Lile-Rose, back on campus today to inspire our new 2026 cohort!

She shared a powerful message: grab every opportunity, work hard, and build the habits that employers notice.

Lile-Rose was joined by the Cassidy Construction team, fantastic supporters of our build projects, who cover Site Safe qualifications and open doors for Gateway work experience. The collaboration provides a direct pipeline into full-time apprenticeships for committed students who show the same initiative Lile-Rose has.
