Student leaders take part in the Onehunga ANZAC Day parade and wreath laying ceremony.

OHS student leaders proudly represented the school at the Onehunga ANZAC Day Parade and Service, joining the local community in commemorating those who have served.

The parade assembled at 9am on the corner of Church Street and Onehunga Mall Road, before stepping off at 9.30am and making its way to the RSA at Club Onehunga. The service began at 10am at the RSA on Princes Street, where students took part in the formal proceedings, including the laying of a wreath on behalf of the school.

The event provided an important opportunity for students to reflect, show respect, and engage with the wider community in marking ANZAC Day.

Following the service, attendees were invited to remain at the RSA for refreshments and entertainment, continuing the sense of community and remembrance.
