Evan Rico Agduyeng is a standout Year 11 student who truly reflects Onehunga High School’s WAKA values of Respect, Resilience, Integrity, and Excellence. Demonstrating strong academic commitment, he studies a broad range of subjects and consistently achieves at a high level. His positive attitude, focus, and determination set a great example for his peers, alongside the care and effort he puts into all aspects of his learning.

Evan Rico’s dedication has been recognised through his achievement of the Loyalty and Courage (LAC) Platinum Badge, awarded for his consistent demonstration of positive behaviour, commitment to school values, and meaningful contributions to the school community. His excellent attendance further highlights his strong sense of responsibility and dedication to success. Beyond the classroom, Evan Rico is an enthusiastic and active participant in school life. 

As a member of the Sports Council and a keen player in both basketball and badminton, he contributes positively to the school’s sporting community. He has also proudly represented Onehunga High School at Polyfest as part of the Filipino group, showcasing his cultural identity.
