Level 3 Business Studies Students Pitch Sustainable Business Idea at YES Challenge

Level 3 Business Studies Students Pitch Sustainable Business Idea at YES Challenge

Students presented their innovative business concept at the Young Enterprise Scheme Challenge

On Monday 18 May, the OHS Young Enterprise Scheme (YES) team Upright Pillows, consisting of Rhys Anstis and Zunairah Kalim, took part in the YES Challenge 2 – Pitch event held at Trusts Arena.

The team presented their sustainable posture pillow business idea to a panel of judges from the local business community. Their pitch showcased the key elements of their business concept, including their marketing and sales strategy, production process, financial planning, and level of innovation — all within a challenging five-minute time limit.

The event gave students the opportunity to develop and demonstrate valuable entrepreneurial skills such as public speaking, business planning, teamwork, and innovation, while receiving feedback from experienced business professionals.

Congratulations to Rhys and Zunairah for representing OHS and sharing their creative and sustainable business idea with confidence and professionalism.
