Impressive start for first time painters

Year 9 students have recently completed a series of painting artworks inspired by natural forms and patterns. The artworks were created using a range of green blue and earthy tones and were displayed together as a collaborative collection.

For many students this was their first time painting making the final artworks a significant achievement. The project gave students the opportunity to experiment with colour shape and different painting techniques while developing their confidence in art. The completed display reflects the creativity and effort of the students and highlights the different styles and ideas explored throughout the project.
