A convincing final-round victory has seen our Senior Boys head into the holidays sitting at the top of the competition standings.

Our Senior Boys Basketball team finished the first half of the season in outstanding form, defeating St Peter's College 67–30 in their final game before the school holidays. It was an excellent all-round team performance, with senior players Tyler Tahapeehi-Litaio, Tiaki Strickland, and Josh Corric leading the side with experience and composure throughout the match.

The win sees Onehunga High School remain top of the Open A competition and well placed heading into the second half of the season. The team is on track to qualify for the Open A play-offs, bringing them one step closer to the Greater Auckland Tournament and the opportunity to earn promotion back to the Premier Senior A competition.
