Congratulations to Year 11 student Tere Te Tini, who is proudly representing New Zealand on the NZ Secondary Schools Boys' U16 Football Tour to Malaysia.

Year 11 student Tere Te Tini has departed for Malaysia with the New Zealand Secondary Schools Boys' U16 Football Team after earning selection earlier this year. 

The week-long tour will see the team play five matches against outstanding opposition, including professional club academies, regional sports schools, and the Malaysian National Football Academy. The experience provides an excellent opportunity for Tere to further develop his game while competing against some of the region's best young footballers.

Selection for a New Zealand representative team is a significant achievement and reflects Tere's talent, commitment, and hard work. Everyone at Onehunga High School is incredibly proud of Tere and wishes him and the New Zealand team every success throughout the tour.
