Congratulations: Dornia is one of 12 Auckland finalists progressing to the SUSO 2026 semi-final.

Earlier this month, Year 11 student Dornia Silupe Ulumani represented OHS at the Stand Up Stand Out (SUSO) Solo Vocal heats at the Ōtara Music Arts Centre. Dornia performed an original song and was selected as one of 12 finalists from across Auckland to progress to the semi-final.

Year 12 student Kierah Stevens also represented OHS in the Solo Vocal heats, performing My Mind by Yebba. The competition gave both students the opportunity to perform alongside talented young musicians from across Auckland and gain valuable experience on stage.

Dornia will now perform at the semi-final at the Concert Chamber, Auckland Town Hall, on Saturday 5 September. Congratulations to Dornia on this fantastic achievement and well done to both students for representing OHS.
