Our international visitors have embraced OHS life, with many hoping to return.
It has been great to welcome five international study tour groups to OHS during Term 3, with one more still to come. Students from Japan, China and Taiwan have joined classes, experienced everyday high school life and discovered more about Kiwi culture. The visits are also a genuine exchange. Our international students share their own cultures, traditions and experiences with us, while forming friendships with OHS students.
With strong demand for study tours at OHS, we are proud that international schools continue to choose Onehunga High School for their students. Our OHS Buddies have been excellent hosts, helping our visitors feel welcome and included from their first day. We look forward to welcoming our final study tour group in Week 7.
