Boys Football Season Concludes with Strong Results

The OHS boys football season has concluded with some strong results across the grades. The U15 XI led the way, finishing first in the Central West 15B competition. The Junior 1st XI finished fifth in 14A2, completing their season with a good win over Howick College.

The U13 XI drew 1–1 with St Peter’s in their final match, securing third place in the Central West 13B competition, while the Junior 2nd XI finished fourth in Central 14B. The 1st XI finished sixth in A3 and successfully retained its place in the grade for 2027.

There is still more football ahead for OHS. Next week, the Junior 1st XI travels to Tauranga for the Hillsdene Junior Tournament, while the 1st XI heads to Rotorua to compete at the Trident Tournament.
