We are excited to share that a significant number of our Year 13 students have already received Fast Track offers from the University of Auckland for 2027, with more offers being confirmed each day.
Congratulations to: Natalie Colati, Hal Jackson, Regan Brabant-Henry, Saiesha Chhotu, Tiaki Strickland, Lara Aitchison, Ruby Meaclem, Wynter Looker, Michaela Mitchell, Judith Flynn, Kristin McIntyre, Alofa Lawrence, Kate Wells, Lydia MacDonald and Payton Hutchinson.
This is an excellent achievement and reflects the hard work and academic progress of our senior students. A Fast Track offer is an early conditional offer made before students have completed their final NCEA examinations. These offers recognise strong academic achievement. Students must still meet University Entrance requirements and any additional requirements for their chosen programme before their place is confirmed.
We are proud of these students and their achievements. We also recognise the many Year 13 students who are working towards other valuable pathways, including further education, apprenticeships and employment. Success after school takes different forms, and we want all our students to leave OHS with a clear direction and the qualifications needed for their next steps.
We look forward to recognising further student achievements as our Year 13 students prepare to leave OHS.
