Year 11 student, Tonga Fakatava is multi-talented. Tonga has just been named MVP by Auckland Netball. Tonga is the Vice Captain of the Auckland U16 2s team.

 Selected for both the U16 1s and U16 2s for Auckland Netball, Tonga decided as it was her first year to play for the non-travelling 2s team. Being named MVP was a complete surprise, “I was really excited, this is the path I want to take in the future.”

We are in no doubt that this talented sports person, who trains for one sport or another most days of the week, will make her dreams come true. Tonga is also a valued member of the winning OHS Rugby 10’s team and plays in the school cricket team.
