Onehunga High School's netball teams enjoyed a great day on court, recording six wins from six matches.
It was a perfect day on the courts for Onehunga High School, with every team in action recording a victory.
Leading the way was the Premier team, who claimed an impressive 18-16 win over Mount Albert Grammar's Senior Mavericks in the Senior A competition. The Senior A team also enjoyed a strong performance, defeating Baradene College's Senior Bara Bears 24-11.
Our junior teams continued the winning momentum:
- Year 10 A defeated Marist College's Y10 Kahurangi 16-11.
- Year 10 B defeated Glendowie College's Y10 Sapphire 20-8.
- Year 9 A defeated Auckland Girls' Grammar School's Y9 White 19-14.
- Year 9 B defeated Epsom Girls' Grammar School's Y9 Amethyst 13-7.
Congratulations to all of our players, coaches, managers, supporters and Head of Netball Luaseane Lousi on an outstanding day. Six wins from six matches is a fantastic achievement and highlights the continued strength of the OHS netball programme.
