Helping students and families prepare for a successful start to the new school year.

Our 2027 Start of the Year Information Booklet is now available. We particularly encourage families of students joining us in Year 9 to read through the booklet as they prepare for their first year at Onehunga High School.

The booklet provides important information about starting dates, the first day of school, uniform requirements, stationery, devices for learning and school expectations. It also introduces our new House system for 2027 and includes information about the school timetable, key contacts and opportunities in sport and the arts.

We encourage all families to read the booklet to ensure students are well prepared for the start of the school year.
