The Year 10/11 Dance Troupe impressed judges with their performance of Cirice at the National Dance Challenge held at Westlake Girls' High School.
The Year 10/11 Dance Troupe took to the stage at the National Dance Challenge held at Westlake Girls' High School last night, performing their contemporary dance piece, Cirice. The energy was high as the troupe practised their moves before the performance. Waiting in the wings, it was clear the hall was at capacity.
The dancers held their nerves, took a deep breath, and stepped onto the stage. Performing with precision and a clear stage presence, the troupe delivered their choreographed piece with confidence. Standing in the wings, dance teacher and choreographer Ms Coogan watched proudly as the dancers performed. Their efforts were rewarded with a Competitor's Gold Award, a fantastic result in the group's first competition.
Congratulations to Ms Coogan and the Year 10/11 Dance Troupe on an outstanding achievement.
